Job Description


Responsible for creating and developing relationships with new clients and successfully maintaining relationships with current clients. 

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Develop sales presentations and proposals
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development
  • Prepare sales action plans and conduct direct marketing activities
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Maintain sales activity records and reports
  • Follow up on all sales activity to ensure compliance with contract specifications
  • Perform quality checks on service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
  • Develops customer relationships and delivers sales presentation
  • Create prospect lists and secure RFPs
  • Regional travel (up to 30%) may be required


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience
  • 3+ years related experience; facilities management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM experience required; salesforce a plus


  • Enterprise-level sales experience
  • Excellent communication, written, organizational and prospecting skills
  • Strong Business Acumen, results driven, ability to work alone and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Solution selling ability with demonstrable planning and closing skills 
  • Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines
  • Travel may be required (up to 30%).
