Overview

SBM Management is looking for a Director, Strategic Solutions to join their team!  This position is responsible for the direct growth and achievement of set sales quota of SBM within a specific geographic area.

Responsibilities

  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information follows through on these leads.
  • Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers in effort to grow business
  • Responds efficiently to RFP’s while working in conjunction with the Operational leadership teams.
  • Generates bids while working in conjunction with the Operations Regional Management
  • Initiates the timely start of the follow-through and transition process with corporate partners.
  • Prepares reports of business, including sales reports and bid tracking reports for bids lost and pending as well as pipeline new business reports.
  • Works with and develop productive business relationships with corporate partners, including but not limited to FM Corporations, Public Institutions and related Industry Leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience
  • 2-4 years of related work experience in sales and/or account management; facilities management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM experience required; salesforce a plus
  • Proven success in marketing of products and/or services in related industry; Candidates with experience marketing to automotive manufacturing industries or relevant automotive experience required

  • Must have the creative ability in developing sales strategies and solutions to articulate innovative solutions to customers
  • Travel may be required (up to 30%).
