Job Description

Devises and executes social media strategies for SBM on a broad range of platforms to increase our online presence and improve marketing efforts.  Works collaboratively with various departments to create a comprehensive overall strategy.

  • Work with senior management to understand the business and set marketing goals
  • Create new, innovative content for SBM website, social media networks, mobile apps, and email communications
  • Develop and execute cost-effective lead-generation plans that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads, including SEO, email campaigns, PPC, social media marketing, and new marketing channels
  • Participate in Marketing meetings
  • Collect customer data and analyze interactions and visits, in order to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Plan and oversee execution of campaign schedules and budgets
  • Maintain campaign reporting, metrics, and analytics
  • Stay current on Social Media and Digital Marketing trends, as well as competitors’ marketing efforts to identify new opportunities
  • Work with other departments such as recruiting to update career pages, job sites, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a College or University or one to three years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Degree should be in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or other closely related discipline.
  • May be required to have a valid driver's license

Available Shift: Full Time

Compensation: Depends on experience.
