What we’re searching for

We’re looking for someone who is an org effectiveness and talent management guru. Someone that can come in and help us evaluate our current managers to ensure they have access to the best possible people, processes, training, metrics, tools and technology. This individual will be meeting with managers from across the country to collect their best practice and then provide recommendations on how we can quickly replicate and incorporate those best practices into every manager’s job description and performance objectives. 

The person selected for this role will need to quickly demonstrate their ability to thrive in an incredibly fast-paced – and often ambiguous - environment while possessing a keen eye for continuous process improvements. We need someone who is self-driven, confident and highly capable of interacting with our executive leadership team on a daily basis. This role requires someone who loves solving hard, complex business problems. There is no opportunity to outsource work to external consultants so this new hire must have strong ownership, grit and drive for results.

Our ideal candidate also brings:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A solid background in organizational design, business partnering, and learning and development.
  • Deep understanding of models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness – behavioral change, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, emotional intelligence, high-performing team effectiveness and coaching.
  • The ability to covey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong change management experience, particularly on large-scale projects and initiatives.
  • A common-sense approach to the role – not theoretical ideas that are difficult to implement.
  • An authentic and collaborative work style.
  • A strong bias for action and “get stuff done” attitude.
  • Experience working in rapidly growing organizations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology or related field or comparable years of work experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
