Overview

SBM is looking to add a Business Transformation Leader to join their team! This position works collaboratively with SBM executive leadership, business and IT staff, and third-party vendors to design, execute and lead teams through a digital transformation of business processes and key systems such as HRM, CRM, and ERP and related processes and workflows. This role will be key to operational transformation within SBM and will use change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving this initiative throughout the company. Deliverables for this position will cover enterprise technology, business process enhancements, and operational efficiencies. This role works in concert with external vendors, business, and stakeholders at all levels of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, guide, and support multiple workstreams through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identifying change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop program delivery strategy to deliver complex processes and systems.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders and project team members.
  • Evangelize the vision for the operational transformation among business users, cross-functional leaders, and other stakeholders; serve as the primary focal point for the engagement.
  • Manage communication and actively engage stakeholders, including senior management on program status, deliverables, and expected outcomes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead, guide, and coach project team members.
  • Ability to be comfortable and credible in assessing impact of change as well as communicating that change.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential.
  • Education and/ or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university with 7-10 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience leading a successful digital transformation.
