Job Description

SBM Site Services is searching for an Office Coordinator! The Office Coordinator manages a variety of general office activities.

  • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as mail collection, facilities management, administrative support, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
  • Maximizes office productivity through proficient use tracking skills, point person for direction and location conformation of various staff members.
  • Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow, maintains work order system
  • Effectively supervises staff level employees
  • Coordinates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Point of contact for translation from English to Spanish in both conversation and written translation; maybe privy to confidential information in the process.
  • Reviews and maintains highly confidential clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Prepares activities reports for guidance of management.
  • Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or workers within department and retains the responsibilities for the scheduling coverage of all front office functions.
  • Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors and is responsible for the professional and capable impression of those calling and visiting the site.
  • Coordinates the reservation and availability of conference and training rooms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have administration experience, hiring, coordinating hiring processes, etc. Some HR experience is a plus 
  • Verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of EXCEL Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

 Compensation:  The salary for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 per year
