Job Description

SBM is looking for a Salesforce Administrator!


  • Has a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Handles all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Works with Business Development Director to keep Salesforce aligned with SBM’s business development vision
  • Examine Salesforce error and debug logs to identify hidden issues
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues


  • Degree in Information Systems Management or equivalent
  • At least 4 years experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Certified as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Analytical mindset to identify potential breakages before they occur
  • Has a record of success in improving processes and adoption of Salesforce platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
