Overview

We are looking for a Protocol Auditor to join the team! This position will train, monitor and enforce clean room protocol procedures within the clean space.  Work successfully with fellow employees & contractors. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Explain procedures and expectations clearly to clean room personnel.  Perform duties to maintain a particle/impact free environment.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
  • Monitor clean room protocol requirements within the clean space.
  • Perform regular inspections of construction/vendor areas to ensure compliance.
  • Coach contractors in appropriate behavior within the clean space.
  • Keep regular notes and violation logs for record keeping purposes.
  • Develop working relationships with field personnel in order to more effectively gain compliance.
  • Talk with co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
  • Assist in removal of abandoned construction materials as directed.
  • Hang and update signage appropriate to position.
  • Use proper personal protective equipment.
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Understand customer service and satisfaction.
  • Understand critical nature of all clean spaces.
Qualifications

Prefer H.S. diploma or GED or equivalent training and experience

Completed all safety and task training certifications

Experience in high tech/clean room fields a plus

Bilingual a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching and training skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer Skills.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and public.

Available Shifts: Monday – Thursday 10:00 am – 8:30 pm
Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
