Job Description

SBM Management is hiring an Office Manager! We are looking for an exceptional individual who is motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service each and every day while ensuring a positive experience for each caller and visitor.

Responsibilities
  • Read and route incoming mail
  • Take dictation in shorthand or by machine, transcribe notes and voice recording on typewriter or computer
  • Compose and type routine correspondence
  • Organize and maintain filing system
  • Answer and screen manager's telephone calls; arrange conference calls
  • Coordinate manager's schedule and make appointments
  • Greet scheduled visitors and direct to appropriate area or person
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
  • Conduct research, compile and type statistical reports
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings; prepare agendas; reserve and prepare facilities; record and transcribe minutes of meetings
  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials
  • Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes
  • Order and maintain supplies; arrange for equipment maintenance

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in office management or equivalent experience as an administrative professional
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Some recruiting / HR experience preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferable
  • Travel is required to support transitions and recruiting needs (25 - 30%)

Available Shift:  Full Time

Compensation:  The salary for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 per year
