SBM Management is searching for a Marketing Communications Manager to join their team!  The Marketing Manager is an innovative leader with a creative mindset and a passion for cutting-edge marketing initiatives.  The manager supports and develops creative processes that promote organic growth and external sales. The manager coordinates with marketing team members to transform complex ideas into simple, elegant and effective marketing material. 

Responsibilities
  • Delivers high level performance and progress reporting to leadership teams regarding company goals related to marketing initiatives
  • Works with the content team and designers to deliver effective Marketing communications to sell the SBM value.
  • Leads and manages a Marketing project from start to finish in collaboration with the Marketing team and various other stakeholders in the company.
  • Has experience in managing marketing teams and has effectively lead successful Marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with different departments and leveraging the right internal processes
  • Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
  • Provides leadership that supports ongoing proposal and presentation needs
  • Build marketing programs to support specific objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall marketing plan
  • Negotiates contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers if needed
  • Oversee and help with development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
  • Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts plans and procedures to increase effectiveness.
  • Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.
  • Maintains customer database and approves the use of internal and external mailing lists.
  • Reviews analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.
  • Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Directs communication strategies that promote internal successes.
  • Monitors industry-best practices and competitive market
  • Assists in establishing marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly manages subordinate employees.  Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in marketing, communications, or related field; or five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA or B.B.A.) preferred.
  • May require a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
  • Experience in working for B2B customers and enterprise level Marketing
  • Must be organized and can manage multiple projects and respect deadlines.
  • Ability to speak effectively before leadership teams.
  • Strong personal leadership, organizational, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently: displays self-confidence and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a complex, deadline driven environment

Available Shift:  Full Time

Compensation:  Depends on experience
