Job Description

SBM Management is currently looking to hire a Facilities MAC Coordinator to join their team!  The qualified person must have complete knowledge of MAC procedures and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally.
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Site knowledge of core functions and area.
  • Pass all safety tests.
  • Good follow up skills.
  • Responsiveness to unscheduled demands on daily workloads.
  • Able to take direction, and report back on critical functions accurately.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Be able to work with all members of various teams including related contractors.
  • Daily completion and accuracy of associated paperwork
  • Complete product knowledge.
  • Job site inspections to determine positive or negative business impacts.
  • Coordinate office activities for MAC program via MMOB (One-Stop) and project assistance.
  • Blueprint/floor plan reading and comprehension.
  • Retain excellent working relationships with the planning department.
  • Ordering, receiving and staging of product for daily operations and large projects.
  • Post move work orders, quality process followed consistently and documented.
  • Positive contributions in gaining on the job efficiencies and in staff meetings, take meeting minutes for group moves.
  • Prioritize and schedule required daily and weekly activities.
  • Lead and assist fellow team members and programs as needed.
  • Demonstrate consistent adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Prompt courteous response and communication with radios and pagers, positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking are required.
  • Assist with overall SBM managed programs on site when needed.

Job Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 
  • Ability to write simple correspondence. 
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply good judgement in understanding how to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Compensation:  Depends on experience (DOE)
